Principal
As the proprietor of a leading Bay Area general contracting and construction firm, Colm Higgins, has overseen over sixty construction projects across various scales, including the luxury residential construction sector, over the past decade. He has collaborated with some of the Bay Area's most prominent architects and designers and honed his attention to detail and adeptness in resolving complex project and organizational challenges.
His extensive background in business management, coupled with over 20 years of hands-on experience in construction, positions him uniquely to blend project and financial management with a deep understanding of the latest building and design practices. Embarking on this new venture, he and his team are confident in the value that investors can generate, whether through passive income, short-term financial gains, positive lifestyle enhancements, or the creation of an enduring asset that contributes to a legacy of wealth for the long term.
Pier Higgins
Business Development & Project Manager
As Managing Partner, Pier brings together years of experience in business development with a lifelong love of design, architecture, and the way spaces shape how we live and connect. Her path has taken her across industries and around the world. It's these experiences that deepened her appreciation for thoughtful design, cultural storytelling, and the natural beauty that inspires both.
After years of helping others bring their visions to life, she felt called to create something of her own; boutique developments that are intimate, intentional, and deeply connected to their surroundings. She thrives on collaboration and community, and is passionate about creating spaces that tell a story, honor the landscape, and leave a lasting impact for generations to come.

Architect

Bridget Persson
Marketing & Business Development
Bridget joins Coastal Guild with a degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California and hands-on experience in both brokerage and luxury vacation rental management. She has managed property sales, coordinated rental bookings, and overseen the care of a portfolio of twelve high-end vacation homes, developing a strong foundation in client service, operations, and hospitality.
Driven by a love for travel, distinctive architecture, and timeless design, Bridget brings a fresh perspective and creative eye to the team. She is eager to channel her marketing and business development skills into elevating Coastal Guild’s brand and supporting its continued growth.
