Hi,
Thanks for being part of this circle, whether you've invested alongside us or just watched from the sidelines as we've built this firm. This newsletter exists because we wanted a simpler way to keep you close to what we're actually doing.
This issue is just a snapshot of Sayulita and the Sayulita Project. It's what we've been working toward since day one: a six-villa compound on a preserved jungle lot, designed with Ludwig Godefroy, built to be lived in and shared with friends and family. It's also the clearest test yet of everything we believe in: build slowly, creatively, protect the nature you're building on, and make something worth owning because it's worth visiting.
We'll be honest about the hard parts too. Pier's new Substack, The Hotel That Doesn't Exist, is an editorial of life in the tropics and how we envision the future of Coastal Guild.

A six-villa compound on a preserved jungle lot, designed with acclaimed Mexican architect Ludwig Godefroy. Sculptural concrete forms that open, frame, and disappear into the surrounding canopy. It's ground-up hospitality built around community, sustainability, and design: a rare piece of architecture meant to be lived in, gathered in, and shared.
